What is Supply Chain Challenge
The CSCMP Challenge, a part of The Fresh Connection Global Challenge is designed as a unique supply chain management (SCM) training event.
A team of 4 participants work on a Supply Chain Problem, using a globally renowned experiential Learning Tool – The Fresh Connection. The challenge is to turnaround the company, by making strategic and tactical decisions in Supply Chain Management.
Participants get deep insights into systems thinking in supply chain management, by analysing trade-offs and aligning the entire value chain to a common game plan.
The team’s success is measured not on individual performance but on the Return on Investment !
